Matthew 28:18 - 20
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

Our overall vision for the kids is based upon God’s word and in specific the two scripture references the “Greatest Commandment” and the “Great Commission” from Jesus. We are building through discipleship around these two focus elements with emphases on prayer, worship, God’s Word, the fruit of God’s Spirit in our lives, servant hood, and evangelism. It is our heart’s desire that the children be transformed by the love of God and the power of His Word, that they have a clear understanding of the coming of Christ, His birth, His resurrection and His imminent return, and that they intimately know His Word and make an impact for Jesus in the lives of those around them.

The Children’s Ministry “KIDS IN ACTION” for Jesus engages the world around them through His love with various outreach opportunities. These kids truly answer the “Great Commission” by partnering with Samaritans Purse during Easter to provide needy families in other countries with livestock for nourishment and income for the family. During Thanksgiving the kids prepare Shoe Box Gifts for kids in other countries giving Samaritans Purse the opportunity to share the love of Jesus and present the gospel message to them. The Kids also outreach to their communities through “Sparking Lights” a Calvary Chapel Life outreach ministry that provides single mothers and their children with gifts during the Christmas Season.

The Children’s Ministry meets during our Sunday and Wednesday services, your children can be signed in to our Kids Worship Center. The Children’s Ministry teaches God’s word through age appropriate curriculum taught in a fun and relatable way to kids starting from toddler ages through 6th grade. We mirror the service in our Main Sanctuary by opening our kid’s service in prayer, followed by worship and then they are dismissed to their grade/age appropriate class room. Parents are welcomed to come and tour our Children’s Ministry class rooms; we provide a safe environment where only kids and teachers are allowed.
